I’m Maggie Johnson, a Chicago creative manager and art director who turns big ideas into work that delivers. I lead teams, set the vision, and keep the whole rigmarole on schedule.

I came up through administration for 15 years, so I speak organization as a first language. Now I run creative services and social for B2B dancewear brands, standardizing workflows, mentoring designers, planning shoots, and delivering catalogs and campaigns that move people.

I am not afraid to think outside the box. I have even written, recorded, and sung a jingle to stay on trend while keeping our content appropriate for a young audience. Our studio content days with real dancers are some of our strongest performers, and the social community has grown from under 5K to more than 19K with steady, thoughtful work.

My taste is bold and clean. I like jewel tones, strong typography, and patterns when they serve the story. I have always marched to the beat of my own drummer. Off the clock you will find me at a comedy show, watching a slasher flick, or catching a band. I am loyal, a little quirky, and I never need a crowd to start dancing 💃.
